I’m Kara, your trainer, guide and champion. It’s lonely running the marketing in a small to medium-sized organisation, and I’m here to change that.

I want to make you have the right structure and guidance, so you can confidently design, build and run a marketing and sales pipeline that drives business growth.

My style is direct, kind, and structured. I’m not fond of ‘rubbish’ marketing and the trend of looking for quick fixes that fail. And I hate how marketing is often tactical, jumping from one marketing activity to another because marketers or business owners feel unable to take time out for marketing strategy. Let me help you figure out what marketing to do, when, and why.

It’s the marketing course that gives you the marketing and sales plan your business needs.

Over a five-week period, you are supported and shown, step by step, how to research, design and build a marketing funnel that will deliver results and reduce stress. 

I use a mixture of live virtual workshops, Zoom 1 to 1s, videos, articles, quizzes, and tea break checks-ins so you always know what you need to do, why and when.

Over five weeks we cover:

Week 1. How to create a stand-out market position by analysing what’s happening ‘out there’ so you can make sure your marketing is noticed. You will be guided on what information to collect and supported in your market analysis – it’s always good to have an objective view.

Week 2. Create meaningful customer segments, including understanding what marketing tools they prefer and the key messages they’ll respond to. We’ll work through segments and marketing persona templates, discovering and discussing how to reach and resonate with your ideal clients.

Week 3. Set clear marketing objectives, so you know what success looks like and how you are going to measure it. This is crucial as whatever we design has to deliver to these goals – so they need to be clear. Having a challenging, objective point of view really hones what your marketing goals should and could be.

Week 4. Design your marketing funnel, Part 1: For every stage of your pipeline, map out the marketing and sales activities that will work. Decide on the messages your key target segments will respond to. This is where you pull everything together – you have gathered all the info in weeks 1 to 3 – and we work hard to design the marketing and sales framework that will power growth.

Week 5. Design your Pipeline Part 2. We determine the MarTech (marketing technology), budget and skills you need to build and run your marketing and sales pipeline; the KPIs for each stage of the Pipeline; and your monitoring metrics, which show you whether it’s working. And, of course, we create a Prioritised Project Plan for building and running your marketing and sales pipeline, so you leave the course knowing what marketing to do, when and why.

Design a successful marketing pipeline by investing £2,495 per person. You can secure your place with a £495 non-refundable deposit.

Once you have secured your spot, we book a one-on-one call before the Programme starts to clarify what you need to get from the course and help us ensure you get it.

Once you have had an introductory call, I will invite you to the Programme. We will then issue an invoice for either the deposit or the full and final amount. Payment is expected within 7 days of the invoice issue date.

I only offer four programmes per year, so a maximum of 20 places per year.

If you’re a business owner or Director who has to plan and do marketing, then yes. As the Programme is fully supported, each live workshop is adjusted around the course attendees so that you can see how to apply this to your organisation.
 
There are additional 1-1s that you can book at any time on the course so that we can really help you see how to make this work for your business.
 
My only warning is: you will need to set aside the time to do the Programme and then have budget and time to implement what comes out of it.
 
The best thing to do is to have a chat with me to discuss if it’s right for you.
To get the most from the programme, you’ll need to attend the live, online workshops (2 hours per week), book a 1-1 (1 hour per week), and do the work in between. We advise you dedicate at least a further 9 hours a week for this.
 
If you’re concerned that you can’t make the time now but would like to find out more, get in touch anyway. We tell people if the time isn’t yet right for them to come on the Programme – but at least they know what they will get from it when they are ready. Let’s have that chat.

If you complete all the online elements of the course, attend every workshop, tea-break and have at least one 1-1 coaching session per week, we can issue you with an official letter and course description saying you have completed 40 hours of CPD on Marketing Strategy.
