It’s the marketing course that gives you the marketing and sales plan your business needs.
Over a five-week period, you are supported and shown, step by step, how to research, design and build a marketing funnel that will deliver results and reduce stress.
I use a mixture of live virtual workshops, Zoom 1 to 1s, videos, articles, quizzes, and tea break checks-ins so you always know what you need to do, why and when.
Over five weeks we cover:
Week 1. How to create a stand-out market position by analysing what’s happening ‘out there’ so you can make sure your marketing is noticed. You will be guided on what information to collect and supported in your market analysis – it’s always good to have an objective view.
Week 2. Create meaningful customer segments, including understanding what marketing tools they prefer and the key messages they’ll respond to. We’ll work through segments and marketing persona templates, discovering and discussing how to reach and resonate with your ideal clients.
Week 3. Set clear marketing objectives, so you know what success looks like and how you are going to measure it. This is crucial as whatever we design has to deliver to these goals – so they need to be clear. Having a challenging, objective point of view really hones what your marketing goals should and could be.
Week 4. Design your marketing funnel, Part 1: For every stage of your pipeline, map out the marketing and sales activities that will work. Decide on the messages your key target segments will respond to. This is where you pull everything together – you have gathered all the info in weeks 1 to 3 – and we work hard to design the marketing and sales framework that will power growth.
Week 5. Design your Pipeline Part 2. We determine the MarTech (marketing technology), budget and skills you need to build and run your marketing and sales pipeline; the KPIs for each stage of the Pipeline; and your monitoring metrics, which show you whether it’s working. And, of course, we create a Prioritised Project Plan for building and running your marketing and sales pipeline, so you leave the course knowing what marketing to do, when and why.
Design a successful marketing pipeline by investing £2,495 per person. You can secure your place with a £495 non-refundable deposit.
Once you have secured your spot, we book a one-on-one call before the Programme starts to clarify what you need to get from the course and help us ensure you get it.
Once you have had an introductory call, I will invite you to the Programme. We will then issue an invoice for either the deposit or the full and final amount. Payment is expected within 7 days of the invoice issue date.
