There are three levels of marketing consultancy engagement for you to choose from.

Bringing your management team together for a bespoke facilitated strategic marketing workshop can make a huge difference when you feel like your business is almost there with your marketing plans, but something is missing… 

In my half day or full day workshops, I can help you and your senior team answer key marketing questions, such as:

  • what is our marketing strategy? Is it right?
  • how can we improve our marketing?
  • what marketing should we be focussing on?

Depending on your needs, together we can also troubleshoot specific areas of your marketing:

  • market position – what it is, what it should be, how to make that change
  • markets and segments – who you are currently targeting, who you should be targeting, getting an in-depth understanding of them
  • products and services – what are you offering, at what price and how well is this working for your organisation?
  • how robust is your marketing and sales funnel and where does it need looking at and fixing.

Bespoke workshop prices start from £950.

This option is for clients who have large marketing projects that need tackling – and want an experienced strategist to scope it out, work on it, deliver it.

Each project is different but typical engagements include:
– refining your product offering to better fit market need
– taking your marketing ‘to do’ and organising it into a structured, focused top level marketing plan
– developing useful customer Personas so that marketing is designed to attract and retain them
– recruting and inducting the right people to do your marketing
– assessing your marketing and then providing a prioritised action plan.

Projects prices start at £1,995.

This option is only for businesses who have a clear marketing strategy that is ready to implement and need me to act as your fractional Marketing Director, advising, guiding, and holding the business’s marketing to account.

Now you have that strategic marketing clarity, let’s keep the momentum going and the accountability flowing.

Once a quarter, I come into your business for half a day for a Marketing Strategy Planning Session that is specifically designed to move your business forward, making sure your marketing is still delivering your business goals.

Each session is different as it depends what your business needs to address that Quarter.

In between, we have a monthly catch-up call, booked in advance, for you to share progress. You also should be sending me updates on your marketing via email, sending me over plans to look at, and marketing communications to check.

Price is £495 per month and you must commit to a minimum of 3 months.
